Concierge at Regent Colaba helps you with all of your travel needs, including procurement of tickets, booking and collecting the tickets on your behalf, arranging pickup & drop services to the Airport, Railway station and also guiding you in and around Mumbai.
The Concierge services include:

• Ticket collection: Internet booked train tickets require an Indian address for delivery. As is our practice, we will be happy to hold travel tickets (Passes) on your behalf until your arrival.
• A number of qualified travel consultants and ticket agents are registered with the hotel. Our reception will help you with this information and based upon your requirement, can even guide you to the most suitable service.
• We provide a car rental service on a point-to-point basis.
• Railway station transfers can be arranged for an additional charge.
• Airport transfers: For a comfortable transport to the hotel, the Hotel has its own fleet of Air conditioned taxis to pick you up from Domestic / International airport at Rs. 900/- per trip with a seating capacity of 4 passengers.
